- At this time, we do not offer refunds for purchased items.
- Exchanges (Damaged or Defective Items)
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Zartizan@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at 0502923945 with clear evidence (photos or videos) and your order details.
Replacement Conditions
- Clear evidence of damage or defect must be provided within 1 day of receiving the item.
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Replacement requests submitted beyond the specified timeframe may not be accepted.
Shipping
- We cover the shipping costs for sending replacement items for damaged or defective products.

Delivery Timeline and Shipping Charges
Kindly find below the details regarding our delivery timeline and shipping charges:
•Within City Limits: Delivery will be completed within 5 to 7 working days.
•Outside City Limits: Delivery will be completed within 7 to 10 working days.
•Shipping Charges: A flat rate of AED 20 applies to all locations within the UAE.
Important information
•Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.
•If delivery is not accepted within 14 days, or if the recipient is unreachable, we reserve the right to cancel the order. A refund will be processed accordingly.
•No deliveries will be made on Sundays or Public Holidays.
